Pacific Wagyu Alliance is offering what we think is a one of a kind program where you buy a “whole, half or quarter” of the highest quality grass fed grass finished Japanese and American Wagyu beef and we ship it to you throughout the year in small packages. The best benefit of the program is you get to buy a large quantity of beef at a savings over retail, but you do not have to worry about where you are going to store it. If you are ordering our “whole”, you will receive 480 pounds of cut wrapped beef in 12 shipments of ~ 40 pounds each delivered each month. The entire 480 pounds will represent the meat that you would get should you be buying a “live steer off the hoof” (see below for details).
If you are ordering our “half”, you will receive 240 pounds of cut wrapped beef in 6 shipments of ~40 pounds each delivered every other month. Again, representing the meat that you would get should you be buying a “half of live steer off the hoof” (see below for details).
If you are ordering the “quarter” you will receive 120 pounds of cut wrapped beef in 3 shipments of ~ 40 pounds each delivered every four months. Again, representing the meat that you would get should you be buying a “quarter of live steer off the hoof” (see below for details).
The mailed packages will vary in cuts and will be tracked by Pacific Wagyu Alliance by weight to ensure you receive all of cuts listed below. Butchering cattle is not an exact science and as such there is some variability in the process. We at Pacific Wagyu Alliance will do our best to ensure you receive the weights listed below.
Pacific Wagyu Alliance offers the beef membership program in two types of Wagyu – “Japanese” or Full Blood and “American” or Percentage. Our Japanese Wagyu is 100% registered Japanese Wagyu that can be traced to Wagyu from Japan. Our American Wagyu is 50 / 50 cross of registered Japanese Wagyu bull with a high-quality Angus cow.
When you join our membership program you will be buying either the Japanese or the American Wagyu. Throughout the program, you will receive that type of Wagyu. What you will not receive is meat from the same cattle. We butcher throughout the year and have limited freezer space so we cannot hold your “beef” just for you. As a result, there may be some variability in meat marbling from shipment to shipment as each one of our cattle are different based on numerous factors.
Our handling costs are $25 per box which includes packaging. Our shipping costs vary based on your location. All products sold in Deschutes County Oregon will have no shipping costs.
